All classes are held at Beacon Wellness Arts Center unless otherwise indicated.


  • Five Elements Self-Care, Wind Gates Self-Care, Special Topic Self-Care:                     1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
  • UHT Chi Kung Basics, Exploring the Energy of the Abdomen, Preventing Bodyworker Burnout with Chi Kung, Intro to Chi Nei Tsang, East Meets West Anatomy & Physiology: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Chi Nei Tsang Fundamentals: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Chi Nei Tsang Clinical Training & Meridian Mapping Class: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Transform Stress into Vitality with the Six Healing Sounds: ‚Äč 9:30 am to 12:30 pm


‚ÄčLunch break is 1.5 hours.  There are numerous places to eat in downtown Petaluma that are quite good and affordable, and within 1-3 blocks walking distance.  Whole Foods is about 1 mile away on Washington St.


For Self-Care classes, you should bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel as we will be on the floor for some of the class.

Also bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable during class time, i.e. plenty of water to stay hydrated, layered clothing to keep warm or cool.


Workbooks are required for most of my classes.  The price is included in the tuition for the 2-day and longer classes; for the Self-Care classes, you will need to purchase your workbook separately.  You can order your copy in advance.  Note:  for classes taught by other instructors, please check directly with the instructor for this information.
